Blaise Gonda

Blaise Gonda is an analyst at the Policy Planning unit (CAPS) of the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs advising on the Paris Climate Conference – COP21. A graduate from Ecole Normale Supérieure, Sciences-Po and the Paris School in Economics, he has worked at the crossroads of policymaking and research, on climate change and sustainable and economic development. Prior to his current job, he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Esther Duflo and Abhijit Banerjee (MIT) on impact evaluations in public education in India with J-PAL, a consultant for the World Bank and for EU projects on public policy reform for a private company, and a project manager at Fondation Jean-Jaurès, a leading progressive think-tank in France.
